how to get medical marijuana in pENNSYLVANIA

Register as a patient or caregiver by visiting Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Registry.

Visit us and if you qualify, our physician will provide you a recommendation for a medical marijuana ID card.  We charge $160 for your first 6-month visit and $30 for your following

6-month visit.

Return to the DOH website and pay for your medical marijuana ID card. The State of Pennsylvania charges $50 for a medical card.

Once you've received your medical marijuana ID card, visit an approved PA dispensary of your choice.

hOW TO BECOME A CAREGIVER

01

Register by visiting Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana registry. Patients under the age of 18 are required to have a caregiver.

Complete the criminal background check. You can find a service location at identogo.com/locations, or by calling customer service at 844-321-2124.

03

Complete an 'authorization to designate a third-party caregiver' form, if necessary.

04

Return to the Patient/Caregiver Registry and pay for your medical card $50. Caregivers may provide care for up to five patients.
